Lunch and Learn Events
In celebration of Black History Month and to honor the 70th Anniversary of the Brown vs. Board of Education decision, SVCC will host lunch and learn events highlighting local stories of integration in Southside Virginia. The Farley Experience will cater a soul food lunch on both campuses.

Christanna Campus: On Thursday, February 15th beginning at 11:30 AM, hear from five members of the Brunswick 15 who helped to integrate Brunswick Senior High School.

Come enjoy Culture, Cupcakes, and Trivia at 10:00 AM on February 15th on the John H. Daniel Campus and February 28th on the Christanna Campus in the Student Services Center Lobbies.
