Virginia Tech Visit

Southside Virginia Community College students travelled to Virginia Tech on October 30 as an activity of the Transfer Club on the Christanna Campus.  Students who are in the University Parallel program join the club for help and support as they pursue their education beyond community college. 

There are many transfer agreements with Virginia colleges that make the transition easier for community college students.  The students travelled with Counselor Bernadette Battle and are shown here with the Hokie Bird.
