SVCC Offering Principles of Plumbing II

This fall, Southside Virginia Community College will offer Principles of Plumbing II on Thursday nights beginning August 27 at 6 p.m. on the John H. Daniel Campus in Keysville.  Mike Burke, Master Plumber, is currently scheduled to teach the class.

If you are thinking of expanding your business, wish you knew more about home repairs, looking for a trade or interested in expanding your skills, this may be the class for you.  Topics to be covered include tools, plans and specifications, water supply systems, plumbing material and fixtures, designing plumbing systems, installing drainage and water supply piping, hydronic heating, basics of steam heat and more.
