Book Club Guest

The Southside Virginia Community College Book Club meets monthly September through May on the second Thursday of each month. The club was recently happy to have Stacy Hawkins Adams as a guest at “Meet The Author” event during the 2009 Spring Women’s Festival held at SVCC in Alberta.

Book Club Meeting

Members of the book club attending are (Left to Right) Ruth Robinson, Anna Vaughn, Annie Harrison, Arlisher Andrews, and Earnestine Lewis. Author Stacy Hawkins Adams(seated) wrote Speak to My Heart, Nothing But the Right Thing and Watercolored Pearls along with The Someday List.
