First Citizens Makes Donation to SVCC

Dr. John J. Cavan (Left), President of Southside Virginia Community College, accepts a donation from First Citizens Bank presented by Cindy Thomas (Center), Area Executive, and Jerry Reynolds, (Right), Corporate Development Officer.

The donation is for the First Citizens Bank Nursing Scholarship which provides financial assistance to SVCC students enrolled in the nursing program. First Citizens continues to support this fund through annual contributions.
