Inclement Weather Policy

If Southside Virginia Community College is closed due to hazardous driving conditions SP-EA will not operate.

If Nottoway School Division is closed, the program will not operate.

If your home school division is closed, you are not required to attend SP-EA.

If your school is on 1-hour delay, you will be required to attend your regularly scheduled class at SP-EA.

If your school is on 2-hour delay, you will not be required to attend SP-EA.

Public announcements regarding school closings due to weather conditions will be given over 95.7 WFLO in Farmville, Channel 12 WWBT in Richmond, and Channel 13 WSET in Lynchburg. Please listen to your local stations for announcements.
